ahhh this made my day!! I’m so happy for you. I’ve been trying to eat super healthy too and I find that it makes you feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I try to drink only water (except for coffee on schooldays) and it’s better for your skin and weight! Also, I’ve been trying to eat as many whole wheat/organic things as possible (please try Annie’s Mac ‘n’ Cheese) and eating lots of vegetables and fruit. Also, I’ve taken chromium supplements for my skin and they’re also apparently help you to lose weight so you might want to try that also. I hope school and everything keeps going well!!! :D
